New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday morning the city’s case number is now 25. Virginia health officials announced two additional cases of the virus, bringing the state’s total to five. Both new patients are in their 50s, with one living in the city of Fairfax and the other in Spotsylvania County.
